success success! it was a huge success!
though met with a few mishaps like reading the wrong quantity and trying to remedy it and forgetting not 1 but 2 ingredients and the dessert breaking - lucky for extras...,
IT WAS A SUCCESS! woot!
considering everything is a first time too!
they even liked my centerpiece!!!! ok enough of exclaimation marks...(!!!!!!!!!!)
so anyway..


ladies and gentlemen, the menu for tonight is/was -
Pre dinner drinks: Champagne with strawberry
Appetiser: Cheese platter consisting of Australian Gold camembre, Seymore vintage chedder and King Island blue supported by crackers, grapes, assorted dried fruits, walnuts and celery sticks


First course : Asian inspired steamed aubergine with sweet spicy herb dressing


Second course: Duo tuna tartare with green salad (wasabi dressing)


Third course: Mentaiko-tobiko pasta


Fourth course: Molten chocolate lava cake with berries and vanilla ice-cream (highly recommeded)


Coffee or Tea

point aside, i'll cook if you do the dishes. deal?
