wed: residences trip to the wildlife park and sheffield - town of murals.
p/s. tassie devils aren't really as wild as one would usually imagine.
they really are shy animals, but fierce when provoked. really, it's all noise no bite.
FINALLY got to touch a koala,kangaroo (feed it too!), tassie devil & wombat.
mole creek - stopped for lunch in a little town where streets are so clear you can stand in the middle of the road for 5 min. great, generous pub meal and littlest op-shop ever, with plenty of treasures. got 2 vintage dresses for (believe it or not!) $1 each!! rar those people on ebay, never will i buy vintage dresses from ya again! j went nerdy happy with 8 books for $3? far out, gotta love bargains....
sheffield was cool, for about 5 min. you kindna get over the murals after a while.
stopped by the raspberry farm and the cheese factory on the way back,
ahh dark chocolate coated raspberries.. "better than sex!" proclaimed by more than one person. well about that.... moving on!
cheese factory was kindna cool, showed us the maturing room, DAMN there was ALOT of cheese... (duh jill.) ok anyway, it was a really good day. everyone had fun, and everyone who didn't come along was regretting that they didn't. TOO BAD FOR YA. 
thurs: amc trip to dove lake up at cradle mountain and to devonport.
alright, rocked up to school at 8.15, realised it wasn't the best group of people to go touring with, but hey we make do. went up to dove lake, mmm beauty.
was so fortunate with the weather, only 35 days of sunshine a year up at cradle mountain and it was beaming! incredible luck we have. took many silly pictures (as can be seen) oh and the undesirable people? we wondered off by ourselves and had a whale of a time without them! and then down to devonport, the sea.
mmmm loving the salty air, always have, always will. more photos, jumping in air ones, shadow ones, funny faces, cartwheels etc. good day!
night: ESKIMO JOE. (aussie band) omg so fucking good!! heaps heaps better live, and the bass guitarist? hello...well, fueled with alcohol and something else, it was the ultimate concert experience! maybe except for the part in the middle that went a bit fuzzy, thank god for friends who hold your back when you "trip". cheers swede!
oh wore my $1 dress, got many rave comments! was sooooooooooo pleased. then,
came home to a warm bed,
what a nice end to 2 big days.
