i'm suddenly missing home with an intensity that scares me.


*i miss my parents, my brother, my doggies.
my room, my bed, the house.
my little talks with kor and mum.
the silliness of dad.
the home cooked home i take for granted.


*i miss our girly outings and coffees into the night.
hanging out just for each other's company and nothing more.
talking about anything and everything under the sun.
how are you my missy? please take care, i miss you.

so i think it's time for an update.
i'm enjoying myself here!
the people are really nice [totally friendly ;)]
my room is rather spacious, nothing to complain about..
the food is well, alright, not missing any asian food yet!
and i have a 4 day weekend every week! [cause my class are mon-wed]
but not very slack cause there are tons of readings to do!!
terrible! haha no, it's really quite nice
my school is in the suburbs, so it's really quiet
and kindna like country country kindna thing
with a short row of shops 20 min walk away.
the main town is about 10 min drive away and it's kindna like
7 blocks left to right and 7 blocks top to bottom.
ya, small. but quaint if you know what i mean.
launceston [the main town area] does have it's charms.
i went down to a gorge [cataract gorge along the tamar river] the other day,
and it was gorgeous! the sky was clear, the water was cool, the air was so clean
amazing. i had a good time =)
i went up to melbourne last weekend to meet my parents and we drove to phillip island.
dang those aussies drive fast! i was driving at 120km/hr and they were still zooming past me!
haha anyway, phillip island is so damn beautiful and windy and wow.
love it, saw the penguins too. hee so cute la
anyway, the sky here is full of stars. like i've not seen so many stars in my life kindna full.
WOW went for a walk the other day with a friend and we just laid down on the oval [football field] and it was like WOW. haha i sound so ulu..anyway moving along..
it's chilly here! and it's the tail end of summer, all the people tell me i'm going to freeze in winter and no doubt i will i bet! terrible! esp in the morning when you wake up all toasty from bed and you get up and it's like EEEEEKkKKK. freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze.
so for me [and really everyone here] it's like, we'd love to stand in the sun. to soak up some heat,
enjoy the warmth of the sun. ahhh haha
and i've been jogging! wahaha so unlike me, but the weather here is really lovely to jog! not humid so you don't really get all sweaty and [though i do get all red still] the feeling is good!
yay yay yay, i hope i don't lose my bet to some people.
well it's quite a bit of an update, will do so again soon!
